Jordon Scott Kennedy is a BAFTA-nominated, working-class writer/director from West Yorkshire whose extraordinary journey proves what can happen when you stop waiting for permission and start creating your OWN opportunities.

His latest short film Rocket Fuel reached over 30 MILLION people online and earned him a BAFTA nomination - and he's now got FOUR TV shows in development, alongside a feature film and even more projects in the works.

In this 2.5 HOUR member-only mastermind, Jordon reveals the extraordinary work ethic behind his success, explains how actors can create opportunities instead of waiting for them, shares exactly what makes him take a chance on unknown talent - and tells Act On This members how to get on his radar for the projects he's developing RIGHT NOW!

During the broadcast, we discuss:

• Why Jordon believes a healthy dose of "DELUSION" could be one of the most important ingredients for success.
• How to protect the spark, ambition and self-belief the industry can slowly knock out of you.
• Why Jordon believes you should STOP waiting for permission and start creating your OWN opportunities.
• The promise Jordon made to his younger self that STILL drives his career today.
• How putting other filmmakers first helped Jordon build the network that eventually launched his own career.
• The incredible chain of events that turned one £10,000 Channel 4 short into an agent, industry attention and meetings with major production companies.
• Why the stories you think are too personal or niche could actually be your greatest creative advantage.
• How Jordon wrote 'Rocket Fuel' in just FOUR HOURS - after completely abandoning the idea he was originally working on.
• What REALLY happened to Jordon's career after 'Rocket Fuel' exploded - and the doors that opened BEFORE the BAFTA nomination even arrived.
• Why Jordon is currently developing around 45 different ideas - and how being PROLIFIC creates more opportunities for success.
• The type of material Jordon really wants actors to create for themselves.
• Why the role you're desperate to play should ALREADY exist somewhere in your acting material.
• How Jordon discovers new actors - from open casting calls and social media to pubs, coffee shops and completely random encounters.
• Why simply being someone Jordon enjoys spending time with can eventually lead to him writing a role for you.
• What makes an actor's Instagram DM stand out - and why Jordon says you should "make friends" before making an ask.
• The TWO-LINE message you could send Jordon to start building a genuine relationship with him.
• Why your showreel should be pinned to your Instagram profile if you're networking with directors online.
• What Jordon looks for when an actor walks into an audition - and why he'll give you direction even if your first take is perfect.
• What you should create RIGHT NOW if you're determined to get on Jordon's casting radar.
• Why rejection doesn't necessarily mean you're not good enough - and why the industry's gatekeepers can simply get it wrong.
• How Act On This members can reach out to Jordon DIRECTLY - and potentially put themselves on his radar for future projects.
• The ONE thing Jordon wants EVERY actor to know.
• And MUCH MUCH more!
