Over the years, Mickey has directed literally HUNDREDS of episodes of the UK's favourite soaps - including Coronation Street, Emmerdale, EastEnders and Hollyoaks.

I met Mickey for a coffee in MediaCityUK recently, and was instantly struck by this guy's heart.

He's such a GIVING director, and is always on the lookout for new talent to give that first break to.
